Well, all the foliage on the planet has already turned red, so we're
probably toast anyway :)

Looks too far East to be Arkansas. If it isn't Northern Louisiana it
might be Western Tennesee or SouthWestern Kentucky. Perhaps they were
launched with a mixure of LOX and Moonshine...
